Biography

Neurological Associates was founded in 1969 by Dr. Laurie Rennie and Dr. Austin B. Harrelson. Since then, the practice has grown to include 13 neurologists and one nurse practitioner to serve the Greater Richmond area. Our providers and support staff strive to provide high-quality and cutting-edge care for conditions relating to the brain, spine and nerves. We take pride in our patient-centered approach to providing expert neurological care and services. We always put our patients first. In addition to providing general neurologic care, we have specialists who treat seizures/epilepsy, neuromuscular disorders, movement disorders, sleep disorders, and neuro-ophthalmology. We also provide Botox injections for headaches.
