Andrew R. Cassano

Biography

   Since 1969, Andy has had extensive experience in all aspects of land surveying, city and regional planning, and environmental planning for community development.  He has hours of public hearing experience, representing both the private and public sectors. He has conducted all manner of surveys from boundary to design and construction related. Over his many years of experience, Andy has developed what he calls 4-D vision when looking at land and contemplating projects. Besides visualizing project plans and ideas in 3-D, he also sees the environmental impacts and mitigations, and anticipates issues of potential community concerns. Educational Background AS Degree - Land Surveying - Sierra College, 1978 Continuing education in Land Use Law.
