Biography
Dr. Martin R. Post is a founding physician of New York Cardiology Associates. He is board certified in Cardiology and Internal Medicine. He is an Attending Cardiologist at New York-Presbyterian, Weill Cornell Medical Center and is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. Dr. Post received his undergraduate degree with honors at the University of Pennsylvania where he majored in Science. He went on to obtain his M.D. degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University and completed his internship and internal medicine residency at Ohio State University Hospital. He received his cardiology fellowship training at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, Weill Cornell Medical Center. After completion of his medical training, Dr. Post became the Chief of Cardiology for the Eighth United States Army in Korea. Upon his return to New York, he was named the Assistant Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at New York-Presbyterian, Weill Cornell Medical Center. He then went into the private practice of clinical cardiology.
