Biography
Ms. Hicks has over 25 years of experience in human resources and management/administration. She currently manages NewFields’ daily operations. Ms. Hicks combines innovative thinking with extensive project management experience to bring new ideas to fruition for NewFields. Her administrative and managerial skills provide the practical know-how required to turn big ideas into reality. Her efforts have proven successful in the integration of new LLCs into the NewFields corporate family. Ms. Hicks’ B.A. is in psychology and her A.S. is in fish and wildlife management.
