Biography
Mr. Hall offers over 35 years of experience managing multidisciplinary environmental projects with expertise ranging from strategic planning to detailed process and civil design and construction management. His specialty is data and environmental systems analysis, decision analysis, remediation system design, and strategic planning. Over the past 15 years, he has specialized in the application of decision theory for managing complex environmental liabilities portfolios in public, private and non-governmental organization (NGO) sectors. The approach he pioneered has been employed on more than 1000 sites at both project-specific and portfolio-wide levels. Mr. Hall has worked on well over 1000 restoration andresource development projects in the United States and in over 50 other countries. He has worked on the design of regional water resource management systems throughout the US, Australia, the Middle East, and Africa. His experience inthe field of remediation and restoration includes the characterization and remediation of pesticides, metals, petroleum hydrocarbons, solvents, polychlorinatedbiphenyls (PCBs), and Dioxins. He has also served as the data pattern analyst and decision analyst on approximately50 expert technical review panels for the US Army, US Air Force, and US Navy.Mr. Hall’s degree is in civil engineering.
