Biography
Cheryl L. Ray, DO, FACN serves as Scientific Advisor at Next Generation Clinical Research Consulting, Inc. Dr. Ray Founded Madison Institute of Neurological Disorders, "The Mind Group". and serves as its President. Her practice specializes in the treatment of neurological disorders with a special interest in areas of multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, pain management, acupuncture, and innovative treatment modalities. Dr. Ray has over 18 years of clinical practice and teaching experience. In addition to her practice, Dr. Ray holds a faculty appointment at the University of Wisconsin-Madison as an Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Neurology. Dr. Ray served on numerous boards and committees, including the American College of Osteopathic Neurology and Psychiatry Board of Governor’s, and currently serves on their Board of Examiner’s. She also served as President of the American College of Osteopathic Neurologists and Psychiatrists and serves as a member of the North American Neuro-Ophthalmology Society. She has lectured extensively on several topics, including headache treatment, neurological disorders, and multiple sclerosis. Dr. Ray received her bachelor in science in molecular biology and zoology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, her doctor of osteopathy from Michigan State University, and is board certified in neurology.
