Biography

 Mr. Philip H. Knight, also known as Phil, is an Owner of Laika Inc. Mr. Knight served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Nike Retail Services, Inc. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Nike International LLC. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Nike, Inc. until December 2004. He co-founded Nike, Inc. (formerly, Blue Ribbon Sports, Inc.) in 1962 and served as its President from June 2000 to December 2004 and except for the period from June 1983 to September 1984, he also served as its President from 1968 to 1990. He serves as the Chairman of Nike, Inc. and Laika Inc. He served as the Chairman of Nike Retail Services, Inc. He has been a Director of Nike, Inc. since 1968. He serves as a Director of Nike Retail Services, Inc. Prior to 1968, he was a Certified Public Accountant with Price Waterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand. He served as an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at Portland State University. He is a Member of Advisory Committee at Business Breakthrough Inc. Mr. Knight holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Oregon in 1959 and an MBA from Stanford University in 1962. He is a Member of Amercan Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
