Mr. Brian Cook co-founded Nintex USA LLC in 2006 and serves as its Executive Chairman. Mr. Cook is the Co-Founder of Nintex Group Pty Ltd. and serves as its Executive Chairman of the Board. He served as Group Chief Executive Officer at Nintex Group Pty Ltd. Mr. Cook co-founded Australian IT services firm OBS and served as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Cook has more than 25 years of experience in information technology, working across many aspects of the industry, including hardware, software and professional services. Mr. Cook led the Nintex Group Pty Ltd. from its earliest inception to a market-leading position in business process automation, delivering software to more than 5,000 customers in 90 countries through a channel of more than 1,000 partners. Mr. Cook grew it from a startup to an organization with more than 150 employees in five offices across Australia. Prior to OBS, Mr. Cook worked with a number of high-profile IT organizations, including Digital Equipment Corporation and BHP Information Technology. Mr. Cook is an Australia-born Entrepreneur.
