Kevin L. Menninger

Biography

Kevin Menninger has over 30 years of experience in structural engineering.  In 1989, he joined Levon Nishkian in establishing Nishkian & Associates; the firm’s name was changed to Nishkian Menninger in 1998.  The combination of Menninger’s strong structural engineering background and reputation, along with his expertise and experience, have been major contributions to the quality of performance and product that has earned the firm’s reputation among clients for reliability, innovation, and cost-effectiveness.  Menninger is also a LEED Accredited Professional with years of knowledge and experience in the green/environmental aspects of the building profession.  He is a member of the Structural Engineers Association of Northern California and the Earthquake Engineering Research institute.  Menninger holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from California Polytechnic Universit
