Paul Allen Strasen

Biography

Mr. Paul Allen Strasen has been Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Noodles & Company since January 2008. Mr. Strasen joined Noodles & Company in January 2007. He served as General counsel of Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc. from 2001 to 2007. He served as Senior Vice President of Einstein Noah Bagel Corp. (ENBC) since February 1997 and General Counsel from April 1995 to 2001 and also served as its Secretary. He served as Vice President of the General Partner of Bagel Partners since December 1997. He served as Senior Vice President of Boston Chicken from May 1997 to December 1997. From April 1995 to February 1997, he served as Vice President of Einstein Noah Bagel Corp. He was practiced corporate and tax law at Bell Boyd & Lloyd in Chicago from 1981 to 1995. Mr. Strasen holds a JD of The University of Chicago Law School. Mr. Strasen holds a BA in Humanities and Political Science from Valparaiso University.
