Scott Arnold Dahnke

Biography

Mr. Scott Arnold Dahnke serves as a Managing Partner and Global Co-Chief Executive Officer at L Catterton since February 2003. Mr. Dahnke serves as Co-Managing Partner of Catterton Growth Partners, L.P. He Co-Founded the firm and joined Catterton more than a decade ago. Mr. Dahnke is a Member of Managing Committee at Catterton Management Company, L.L.C. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of infoGROUP Inc. from October 1997 to August 1998. Prior to joining infoGROUP, he served clients on an array of strategic and operational issues as a Partner of McKinsey & Company, Inc. His early career also includes experience in the Merger Department of Goldman, Sachs & Co. and General Motors. He served as the Managing Director of Deutsche Bank AG, Investment Arm. He served as the Managing Director at Deutsche Bank Corporate Investments, Private Equity Business Division, which he joined on July 25, 2002. During 2002, he served as a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank Capital Partners. From 1998 to 2002, he served as the Managing Director of AEA Investors LP, where he led its consumer products investing efforts. He served for Motors Liquidation Company. He serves as a Director of numerous public and private companies. He serves as a Trustee of American Red Cross in Greater New York. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at gatheredtable, LLC. He has been an Independent Director at Noodles & Company since September 2011 and also served as its Lead Independent Director until July 25, 2016. He served as a Director Restoration Hardware Holdings, Inc. (known as Restoration Hardware Inc) since June 2008. He served on the Board of Directors of a range of other consumer companies. He has a broad range of business experience in private equity, consulting, management and finance and financial experience as a Private Equity Investor. He has broad consumer marketing and direct marketing experience too. Mr. Dahnke received academic honors while earning an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
