Mr. Mark E. DeVincent has been Group President of Custom & Commercial Air Solutions at Nortek Inc. since February 2014. Mr. DeVincent served as the Group President of Custom & Engineered Solutions Segment at Nortek Inc. since May 2, 2014. Mr. DeVincent served as Vice President, Advanced Systems of Flextronics from March 2006 to May 2011 and its Senior Vice President & General Manager, server & storage from June 2011 to January 2014. Mr. DeVincent holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Nichols College.
