Michael J. Clarke

Biography

 Mr. Michael J. Clarke has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at Nortek Inc. since December 30, 2011 and has been its Interim Principal Financial Officer February 2016 respectively. Mr. Clarke serves as the President of Sanmina Enclosure Systems Inc. He served as the President of Integrated Network Services at Flextronics International Ltd. until December 29, 2011 and served as its President of Infrastructure from January 2006 to December 29, 2011. Mr. Clarke served as the President of FlexInfrastructure of Flextronics International, Ltd. He has over 25 years of Senior Executive, business development and hands-on operational experience managing global companies in major industries including Aerospace and Defense, Automotive and Industrial. Prior to Sanmina-SCI Corp., Mr. Clarke served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Devtek. He served as the President of the enclosures division and General Manager of the enclosures division of Sanmina-SCI Corp. from December 2001 to January 2006. He joined Sanmina-SCI Corp. in 1999 as a result of its acquisition of Devtek Electronic Packaging Systems, or Devtek, a manufacturer of electronic and metal components that was established in 1992. He has held senior positions with international companies including Devtek Corporation, Hawker Siddeley and Cementation Africa. He has been a Director at Sanmina Corporation since December 9, 2013. He served as a Director of Nortek Inc. from December 31, 2011 to August 31, 2016. Mr. Clarke serves on the board of Vubiz Ltd. Mr. Clarke was educated as a Mechanical Engineer from Bradford Polytechnic, England, with enhanced Professional Development Programs from University of Western Ontario, Canada and Columbia University, USA.
