Biography
Mr. Monty Sharma serves as an Operating Advisor at North Castle Partners, LLC. He has been an integral part of the firm since 1999. He has significant experience in consumer packaged goods, including more than 25 years of sales, marketing, finance, and operations experience and over 15 years of direct industry experience as the Chief Executive Officer of companies. He serves as Chief Executive Officer of Curves/Jenny Craig, where he is leading the turnaround and combination/integration of the firm. Mr. Sharma holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science from Southern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Calcutta.
