Biography
Dr. Allison Dupont received her medical degree from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana. She completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine, and her fellowships in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Dr. Dupont is specialty trained to perform interventions via transradial access (performed through the wrist) and has extensive experience with coronary and peripheral vascular procedures. In addition to interventional cardiology, she also has an interest in nuclear cardiology and echocardiography. Dr. Dupont is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the Society for Cardiac Angiography and Interventions. She is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology.
