Biography
Mr. Stark has served as a Northland Crew Chief since October, 1994 and became a Senior Partner in 2000. Prior to coming to work for Northland, he had worked as a crew chief for Alan J. Coulson and Schlaf-Sedig & Associates in the Elgin-Chicago, Illinois area since 1982. He is an active member of the Arizona Professional Land Surveyors, Northern Arizona Chapter and has been on the APLS Conference Committee since 2000.
