Biography

Ms. Connie Kadrovach Duckworth is a Founder and serves as the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of Arzu, Inc. Ms. Duckworth is active in promoting economic opportunity for women in the United States and overseas. Ms. Duckworth has been a Founding Partner at 8Wings Enterprises. She serves as a Founding Partner at Circle Financial Group. Ms. Duckworth has been an Advisory Director at Goldman, Sachs & Company from December 2000 to December 2001 and served as a Partner from 1990 to 1996 and Managing Director at the firm from December 1996 to December 2000. During her twenty years at the firm, she served as Co-head of the Municipal Bond Department from 1997 to 1999 and Co-Head of the Chicago office from 1995 to 1997. She has been a Trustee at Equity Residential. since December 17, 2015. Ms. Duckworth served as Director at Third Age Media Inc. She serves as a Director of NorthShore University HealthSystem and Frank Russell Company. Ms. Duckworth has been an Independent Director of Steelcase Inc. since March 29, 2010. She is a member of the US-Afghan Womens Council. Ms. Duckworth serves as a Director of Frank Russell Company. She served as Director of Nuveen Investments Inc. since January 13, 2006. Ms. Duckworth served as a Director of Smurfit-Stone Container Corp. from October 21, 2004 to July 1, 2010. She is a member of the board of Northwestern Mutual, the board of overseers of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the Board of Evanston Northwestern Healthcare Foundation. She holds a B.A. from the University of Texas and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
