Teresa Grabowski

Biography

 A 24-year veteran of the company, Teresa Grabowski was most recently promoted to President.  As President, she provides overall direction and guidance to the operational activities of the organization with the objective of maximizing growth and profitability as well as day-to-day leadership and management of a GMP aseptic fill manufacturing facility.  Along with management of staff, Teresa participates in the evaluation of new business and new product development in order to achieve all company initiatives, goals, and objectives.  As a key member of the Nova-Tech Executive Management Team, supports and assists with the development of the direction, goals, and objectives of Nova-Tech in order to provide the best quality product and excellent customer care.
