Biography
Nationality: American Year of Birth: 1951 Ann Fudge has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2008. She qualifies as an independent Non-Executive Director and is a member of the Risk Committee; the Compensation Committee; and the Governance, Nomination and Corporate Responsibilities Committee. Ms. Fudge is vice chairman and senior independent director of Unilever NV, London and Rotterdam. She is also chair of the United States Program Advisory Panel of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, a director of Northrop Grumman Corporation in the US, and a trustee of Boston-based WGBH public media. Ms. Fudge received her bachelor’s degree from Simmons College in the US and her Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, also in the US. She is former chairman and CEO of Young & Rubicam Brands, New York. Before that, she served as president of the Beverages, Desserts and Post Division of Kraft Foods Inc. in the US.
