Bryant Aaron

Biography

 Bryant Aaron is Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation and U.S. Country Head, Ethics & Compliance. Bryant is responsible for all compliance matters in the US General Medicines business, and he has US country level responsibility for the Compliance function across all Novartis US divisions. Bryant is a member of the Pharma Executive Committee, the US GenMeds Executive Committee, the Compliance Committee and the Country Executive Committee for Novartis Corporation. Bryant joined Novartis Consumer Health in the US in 2006 as Director and Associate General Counsel. In 2007, he relocated with his family to Nyon, Switzerland, where he served as Head of Legal and Compliance Officer for Consumer Health, Region Europe. In 2011, Bryant returned to the US and was appointed as Consumer Health Vice President and Head of Legal for the Americas Region and US Compliance Officer.
