 Professional Summary • Highly accomplished professional with over 20+ years of combined experience in food and cereal science; academic research, training, and teaching • Broad international experience in two hemispheres: NA and EMEA, created, developed, organized and delivered various industrial projects and establishing a comprehensive professional network in industry, academia and government, including personal opportunities to serve on various committees and international professional societies, such as IFT and AACC • Successfully lead and managed projects, delivered development support, statistical interpretation, formulation improvement, and a product launch in a key baking market.
