C. Jason Payne

Biography

Mr. C. Jason Payne is a Co-Founder, Founding Partner, Managing Partner and Managing Director of Mainsail Partners and Mainsail Partners II, L.P. Mr. Payne is a part of the Mainsail Partners investment and operations team. Mr. Payne is actively involved as an Advisor to Mainsail Chief Executive Officers. Mr. Payne was a Co-Founder and Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development at WiredCapital and held a variety of roles in corporate development and operations with American Dental Partners, Inc. (ADPI). During his tenure with ADPI, Mr. Payne helped grow the business through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth from start-up to over $130 million in revenues and through its 1998 IPO. Mr. Payne co-founded and served as Managing Director of Madrone Group, LLC,
