Kevin D. Clark

Biography

 Mr. Kevin D. Clark serves as the Chief Executive Officer of NOWDiagnostics, Inc and Erba Diagnostics Mannheim GmbH. Mr. Clark served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of ERBA Diagnostics, Inc. (A/K/A IVAX Diagnostics Inc.) from September 3, 2010 to July 31, 2013 and also served as its Chief Operating Officer from September 17, 2007 to July 31, 2013. Mr. Clark served as the Chief Operating Officer of ImmunoVision a wholly-owned subsidiary of IVAX Diagnostics. He served as Acting Chief Executive officer of IVAX Diagnostics Inc. from January 2008 to September 2008. He served as Chief Operating Officer of ImmunoVision since 1987 which he founded in 1987 and served as President of ImmunoVision from 1987 to 1995 which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of IVAX Diagnostics. He was Founding Member of the Arkansas Biotechnology Association and, from 1995 to 2004 served as its Executive Vice President, and in 2002, served as its President. He has served on the Board for the University of Arkansas Technology Development Foundation. He served as Member of the Advisory Board of Arkansas BioVentures from 2000 to 2003. Mr. Clark has been a member of the Executive Committee of the University of Arkansas Technology Development Foundation since 2003.
