Paul Taveira

Biography

 Paul Taveira is an experienced and effective Senior Executive with both national and international expertise in building and leading a service organization. With over 27 years of experience in the Environmental and Industrial Services industry, he has led a $300 million, 40 site company with a diverse line of services, 2000 employees overseeing Operations, Sales, Safety, Regulatory, Finance, HR, IT and Technical Services. Experience in multiple turnaround situations resulting in generating profitable locations from non-profitable. A strong strategic and analytical thinker, a skillful leader, motivator and developer of employees. A leader and team player that thrives on challenges to build a stronger more profitable organization while developing and challenging individuals. Throughout his career, Paul has been involved in over 30 acquisitions. Prior to NRC, Paul was the CEO of A & D Environmental Services Inc., a private equity owned company that provided industrial cleaning services, waste management, remediation, emergency response, and transportation throughout the United States. Prior to A & D, Paul was the President of PSC Inc., a private equity owned company that provided the same services as the NRC throughout North America. Paul graduated from Worcester State University.
