Biography

Mr. Robert McGorty, M.B.A. serves as Chief Financial Officer at NuVascular Technologies, Inc. Mr. McGorty serves as Vice President of Finance and Administration of the Fresenius Medical Care North America (FMCNA). In 1987, he joined Fresenius Medical Care, the premier health care company focused on delivering the highest quality care to people with renal disease and other chronic conditions. He gained a deep understanding of the health care environment including revenue cycle management, cost containment, market trends and regulations. He also acquired extensive knowledge of dialysis, finance, revenue cycle, cost containment, managed care, high growth, mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, due diligence, integration, medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, government payment systems, DRO, SOX 404, SEC reporting, SAP, ROI, purchasing and procurement. Mr. McGorty serves as Director of KidneyTel, Inc. (also known as Renaissance Health Care, Inc.). He is a financial healthcare services executive. He received a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Rhode Island in 1976 and a master of business administration in finance from Boston University in 1982.
