Ajay K. Puri

Biography

Mr. AJay K. Puri, also known as Jay, has been an Executive Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations at NVIDIA Corporation and NVIDIA Ltd. since 2009. Mr. Puri served as an Executive Vice President of Worldwide Field Organization for NVIDIA Corporation and also served as its Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales since January 2009 and Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales since December 2005. He served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales of Nvidia Corp. since December 21, 2005. He had a 22-year career at Sun Microsystems, where he served positions in sales, marketing and general management. He served as a Senior Vice President of Sun's AsiaPacific Group, managing all business in Asia-Pacific, including Japan, Korea, China, ASEAN, Australia and India. He served as a Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Software & Technology, President of Nihon Sun K.K. and Vice President of Worldwide Product Marketing. Prior to Sun, he served marketing, management consulting and product development positions at Hewlett-Packard, Booz Allen & Hamilton and Texas Instruments. Mr. Puri has an MBA from Harvard Business School an MSEE from California Institute of Technology and a BSEE with High Distinction from the University of Minnesota.
