Craig W. Moore

Biography

 Mr. Craig W. Moore has been a Consultant to various companies in the healthcare services industry since 2001. Mr. Moore served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Everest Healthcare Services Corporation from 1985 to 2001. He served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Everest Healthcare Holdings Inc. since 1995. From 1986 to 2001, Mr. Moore served as the President of Continental Health Care Ltd. From 1990 to 2004, he served as President of New York Dialysis Management, a dialysis management business. From March 1986 to September 1995, Mr. Moore served as an Executive Vice President of West Suburban Kidney Center S.C. Mr. Moore has over three decades of experience in the healthcare industry with U.S. Steel Corporation, American Hospital Supply Corporation, Baxter Healthcare Corporation and Everest Health Care Services Corp. in a variety of management assignments including Division President of American Micro-Surgery Specialties.
