Biography
Marc Hodak joined New York University Stern School of Business in 2003 as an Adjunct Professor, where he teaches the courses, "Corporate Governance" and "A History of Scandal." Professor Hodak is the founder of Hodak Value Advisors, a research and advisory firm that assists investors, boards of directors and senior executives on the finance and compensation issues of corporate governance. HVA research is also used by asset managers in evaluating the alignment of managers and shareholders for investment purposes.
