Biography
Philip Grovit is an Associate Adjunct Professor of Finance at the Stern School of Business, New York University, where he teaches a course entitled Investment Banking and Private Equity in Media and Entertainment Finance. Philip is currently a Managing Director and the Chief Operating Officer of the Corporate Private Equity business within the Merchant Banking Division at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and is part of the management team that is responsible for Goldman Sachs' private equity franchise.
