Biography
Vignesh Gowrishankar is an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at New York University’s Stern School of Business. In his current position he teaches a course on energy and the environment. Currently the Associate Director in the Energy and Transportation program at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), Vignesh works to promote greater energy efficiency by focusing on policies and programs that help deploy cleaner resources on the electric grid, such as renewables and electric vehicles.
