Raymond V. Dittamore

Biography

 Mr. Raymond V. Dittamore, also known as Ray, served as an Audit Partner of Ernst & Young, LLP until June 2001. Mr. Dittamore has over three decades of public accounting experience, primarily served companies in the life sciences industry. He has over 35 years of service with Ernst & Young, including 14 years as the Managing Partner of its San Diego office. He served as Collaborative Editor for annual biotechnology report of Ernst & Young. He founded BIOCOM/ San Diego. He has been a Director of Applied Molecular Evolution, Inc. since September 2002. He served as an Independent Director of QUALCOMM Incorporated since December 2002 until March 7, 2017. He served as Director at Life Technologies Corporation (formerly, Invitrogen Corp.) since July 2001. He served as Presiding Director at QUALCOMM Incorporated. He has been a Director at Obalon Therapeutics, Inc. since March 2016. He served as a Director of Digirad Corporation from March 2004 to March 19, 2008. He served as a Director of Gen-Probe Inc. from August 2002 to September 2009. His practice in San Diego focused on companies in the life sciences industry. Mr. Dittamore holds a B.S. Degree in Accounting in 1966 from San Diego State University.
