Kelly Morello

Biography

Ms. Morello brings significant experience working with start-up organizations and rapid growth companies, with the last 12 years focused in the life sciences industry. She is responsible for investor relations, communications, marketing, human resources, information technology and facilities at Ocugen. Ms. Morello served in senior human resources leadership roles with PRA Health Sciences, DrugDev (formerly CFS Clinical), Tengion and General Fiber Communications. She obtained her MBA from Penn State, MS in Human Resource Development from Villanova and a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Millersville University. She holds SPHR, SHRM-SCP and PMP certifications.
