Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, University of Nevada-Reno, 2000.He is a registered professional engineer in the States of Nevada (No. 16858) and California (No. 67918).His responsibilities include all aspects of engineering calculations, improvement plan preparation, agency permitting review and processing, planning and entitlement processing, construction inspection.
