Biography
He is the Director for Office of Science and Technology Policy, USA. He received a Doctoral Degree (PhD) from Stanford University, California in the 1970. He is a graduated in Aeronautics, Astronautics and Plasma Physics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge in the 1965. He served as Chairperson for 10years in Pugwash Conferences on Science and World Affairs. He is a recipient of many awards and grants for his valuable contributions and discoveries in major area of research. His research interests lie in Environmental Change, Population Control, Energy Technologies and Policies, Science and Technology Policy. He is the Editor-in-Chief/Editorial Board Member of many peer reviewed journals and his area of expertise credits him with many publications in national and international journals. He is committed to highest standards of excellence and it proves through his authorship of many books.
