Biography
Dr. Imali J. Abala, Professor of English at Ohio Dominican University, teaches a variety of courses in the English Department, ranging from Freshman Writing, World Literature, African Literature, and Literature of American Diversity. She is the author of: Drum Bits of Terror A Fallen Citadel and Other Poems The Dilemma of Jahenda the Teenage Mother The Disinherited Move on, Trufosa Some of her other works have appeared in the following anthologies: A Thousand Voices Rising, African Women in Motion: Gender and the New African Diaspora in the United States and Reflections: An Anthology of New Work by African Women Poets. Currently, she is working on a collection of short stories and a children’s book series. Dr. Imali J.
