Biography

Dr. Anna Davis joined Ohio Dominican University in 2005. Prior to coming to Ohio Dominican, she held a visiting position at the University of Nevada, Reno. Dr. Davis received her PhD in Mathematics in the area of Geometric Topology from the University of Kentucky. In addition to topology, Dr. Davis is interested in cognitive psychology, connections between mathematics and art, and effective uses of technology in the classroom. Her publications reflect her varied interests, as her articles appeared in mathematics as well as education journals. Most recently, she has been leading a project related to the flipped classroom. She enjoys involving students in her research activities. Dr. Anna Davis joined Ohio Dominican University in 2005.
