Biography
Sister JoAnn Hohenbrink, Chair of the Education Division and Program Director for Graduate Programs in Education, is an Associate Professor of Education. She received her Bachelor of Art Degree in Education from Ohio Dominican University, her Master of Education from University of Dayton and her Ph.D. from Ohio State University. Sr. Hohenbrink was a middle school teacher in Ohio for eight years and a principal for three years. Her fields of study include education foundations, leadership and early and middle childhood education. Her primary teaching responsibilities is in the Master in Education, Educational Leadership program. Sr. JoAnn also stays updated about middle childhood education. Sr. Hohenbrink’s research interests are in leadership, mentoring and collaboration. She has worked at Ohio Dominican University since 1993.
