Aldo Charles Zucaro

Biography

Mr. Aldo Charles Zucaro, also known as Al, has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Old Republic International Corporation since 1993. Mr. Zucaro has a significant background as a former insurance specialist partner with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP), and long-term experience with the insurance industry in general since 1970. He joined Old Republic International in 1976 as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Zucaro served as the President of Old Republic Surety Group, Inc. He served as the President at Old Republic International Corporation since 1981. He serves as the Chairman of Old Republic Insured Automotive Services, Inc., and Old Republic General Insurance Group, Inc. Mr. Zucaro serves as a Director of Republic Mortgage Insurance Company. He has been a Director of Old Republic International Corporation since 1976. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
