Nacho Abia

Biography

 Mr. Nacho Abia serves as the Executive Officer and Regional Representative Officer of Americas at Olympus Corporation and served as Chief Executive Officer of the Americas, President of the Americas. Mr. Abia has been the President at Olympus Imaging America Inc. since April 1, 2011. Mr. Abia served as Managing Director of Consumer Product Division at Olympus Europa Holding GmbH since 2008. Prior to joining Olympus in 2001, Mr. Abia was the South European Marketing Manager at Sony Europe’s Digital Imaging Division. He began his career with Olympus as the Managing Director of Olympus Spain before progressing to Regional Managing Director for the Iberia region in 2005. He is proud to have established a supportive and nurturing working environment at Olympus Spain and one of his most significant subsequent achievements was the successful integration of Olympus Spain and Olympus Portugal. Mr. Abia serves as a Director of Olympus Imaging Corporation.
