Francis R. Stone Jr.

Biography

 Mr. Francis R. Stone, Jr. serves as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President at Omni Components Corporation. Mr. Stone served as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Noble Environmental Power, LLC. Mr. Stone was responsible for managing the annual budget process, treasury, weekly cash flow projections, P&L Analysis, project cost analysis, and forecasting of Noble Environmental. He has more than 20 years of experience in the finance industry. Most recently, Mr. Stone was employed at La Petite Academy in Chicago, where he served as Vice President of Financial Controls and Compliance. His responsibilities included SOX implementation, corporate audit, divisional analysis and field/sales audit of La Petite. Prior to La Petite Academy, Mr. Stone worked for Argus Management Corporation, which provides financial consulting and interim management services. Mr. Stone completed his undergraduate degree at UMASS Lowell in Financial Management, and obtained his Master’s degree from Rivier College.
