James V. Barrile

Biography

 Mr. James V. Barrile, also known as Jim, serves as the Chief Financial Officer of OMNI life science, Inc. Mr. Barrile served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Axya Medical, Inc. since May 5, 2005. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Baxano Surgical, Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Vasca, Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Trans1, Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance at Keystone Dental, Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Nxstage Medical Inc. He has held senior management positions with medical device companies such as Nova Biomedical Corporation, Baird Corporation and J & J acquisition. He provided consulting services to Warburg Pincus LLC. He co-founded DePuy Mitek, Inc. (Formerly Innovasive Devices, Inc.) and served as its Chief Financial Officer until August 31, 2011 and Executive Vice President. Mr. Barrile received his MBA from Babson College and B.S. in Accounting from Bentley College.
