Biography
Stephanie C. Finnegan serves as Senior Vice-President of Business Development at Omnia Biologics, Inc. Ms. Finnegan Co-founded Goodwin Biotechnology Inc. in 1992 and served as its Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Finnegan developed and executed the plan for the first fully integrated CMO in the therapeutic biologics sector. She has been a Partner with Redding Consultants. She has a wealth of experience in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions, Finance and Business Strategy Deployment in the Pharmaceutical and Biologics Industry. Prior to Co-founding GBI, she was at Ernst and Young, McKinsey & Co., WLD Enterprises and served as Chief Financial Officer of Worldmark Corporation. Ms. Finnegan served as Chairman of Goodwin Biotechnology Inc. She served as a Director of BioFlorida.
