Biography
Dr. Bullard joined OMSC in 1998 and currently heads up our Chillicothe office. Dr. Bullard received his Bachelor of Science degree and then his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Illinois. He served in the U.S. Air Force for 20 years and retired as a Full Colonel. While in the Air Force, he completed his Oral Surgery Residency and received his Master of Science degree from the University of North Carolina. Dr. Bullard is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and is a Fellow in the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. His military honors include the Air Force Meritorious Service Medal, Air Force Commendation Medal, Kuwaiti Liberation Medal and Air Force Outstanding Unit Award. He has a keen interest in dentoalveolar surgery and office anesthesia. Dr. Bullard serves as the Treasurer of the Rehwinkel Dental Society. Dr. Bullard and his wife Bobbi reside in the Chillicothe area and have two grown daughters: Elizabeth and Melanie. They also have three beautiful grandchildren: Tyler, Emily and Luke.
