Biography
A wise man once told me you have to lead with a servants mentality. Any slap nut can be a boss. Bosses tend to be selfish non-mentoring tyrants that never leave their office for anything but to chastise people for the tiniest of mistakes. If you want to lead people you have to be a teacher, a therapist, disciplinarian, at times a minister and you have to be out front. If someone makes a mistake you use that as a teaching moment not a reason to attack another's dignity. Just something for the leaders to think about and an example for the future leaders to consider.
