Biography
Dr. Garfinkel earned his medical degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1984. He completed his internship and residency at Ventura County Medical Center in California. Dr. Garfinkel is board certified in family medicine. In his personal time Dr. Garfinkel enjoys spending time with his family, traveling when possible and most sports; especially golf.
