Gary D. Henley

Biography

 Mr. Gary D. Henley serves as an Advisor of Bionik Laboratories Corp. Mr. Henley has been the Executive Chairman of OrthAlign, Inc. since February 24, 2015. He has more than 35 years of experience in the orthopedic device industry. Mr. Henley served as the President, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Wright Medical Group Inc. from April 4, 2006 to April 4, 2011. Mr. Henley served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Wright Medical Technology, Inc. since April 2006. Mr. Henley served as a Senior Vice President of Orthofix International N.V. since January 1997 and President of Orthofix Inc.'s Americas Division from January 1, 2002 to 2006. He served as an Executive of Orthofix International N.V., from 1997 to 2006. From 2011 to 2014, he served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of United Orthopedic Group, Inc. He served as Chief Executive Officer of medical device and technology companies. Mr. Henley served for nine years at Orthofix International N.V. as President of its Americas Division from 1997 to 2006. Mr. Henley served as President of Smith & Nephew's Endoscopy Video Division from 1987 to 1996. Mr. Henley was the Founder of Electronic Systems Inc. and served as its President from 1975 to 1984. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of CeCorp. Inc., from 1982 to 1987. He was a United States Military Veteran and served in the United States Air Force from 1969 to 1972. He has been a Director of Active Implants Corporation since July 12, 2017. He serves as a Director at Orchid Orthopedic Solutions. He served as a Director of Bourque Industries, Inc. He served as an Independent Director of Hutchinson Technology Inc. from June 2008 to May 2011. Mr. Henley served as a Director of Wright Medical Technology, Inc. since April 2006. He served as a Director of Innovative Spinal Technologies, Inc. He is an industry leader in manufacturing and design and researchers and academia. Mr. Henley attended Oklahoma State University.
