 Mr. William E. Maya, also known as Bill serves as Chief Executive Officer of OrthAlign, Inc. Mr. Maya has over 30 years of hands-on operating experience, predominantly in senior management roles. He is a results-driven executive with creative problem solving capabilities, and is extremely adept at identifying, fixing and capitalizing on under-performing business assets / opportunities. Mr. Maya is an intuitive, effective leader, astute at restructuring operations for growth & profitability and has a strong track record of proven success. Mr. Maya considered a strategist and has effectively managed change and crises in several troubled situations towards successful outcomes, constantly driving innovation that has delivered strong bottom-line results. Mr. Maya has wide-ranging Board and Chairman level experience that has effectively guided / communicated strategic vision to several senior management teams, while building consensus that drove multiple organizations to success. Mr. Maya has significant experience with private equity and venture funds, Mr. Maya's leadership spans turnaround and rapid growth environments. He has advised and operated both public and private companies in domestic and international markets. Mr. Maya's experience spans several industries, he has particular core strengths and expertise in the life sciences and various healthcare technologies. He also has wide-ranging software industry experience, including the successful completion of a number of purchase and sale transactions. Mr. Maya serves as a Director of OrthAlign, Inc
