David Bailey

Biography

  David (Dave) Bailey joined OrthoPediatrics in 2007 and has held may roles during the organization’s start-up and initial growth. He currently serves as the Executive Vice President, with oversight of International Sales & Distribution, Operations and New Product Development. Prior to joining OP, Dave worked as a sales representative and distributor for Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics. During his tenure with Smith & Nephew, he achieved great success, growing sales from $1.3 to $4.8M. He is a two-time inductee into Smith & Nephew’s “Ortho Elite” and was recognized as a President’s Club honoree in 2005 and 2006. Dave holds a BS in Sales and Sales Management from Purdue University, where he was the President of the Pi Sigma Epsilon Honor Fraternity.
