Dinyar B. Mistry

Biography

 Mr. Dinyar B. Mistry has been the Chief Diversity Officer of PG&E Corporation and Pacific Gas and Electric Company since February 1, 2017. Mr. Mistry has been Senior Vice President of Human Resources at PG&E Corporation since March 1, 2016 and Pacific Gas and Electric Company since March 1, 2016. and served as Controller from March 1, 2016 to May 31, 2016. He has been Senior Vice President of Human Resources of Pacific Gas & Electric Company since March 1, 2016. Mr. Mistry served as Chief Financial Officer and Controller of Pacific Gas and Electric Company since May 7, 2016 until June 1, 2016. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Pacific Gas and Electric Company since October 1, 2011. He served as Controller of Pacific Gas and Electric Company from March 8, 2010 to March 5, 2016. He served as President of PG&E Energy Recovery Funding LLC and its Controller since March 2010. Mr. Mistry served as Vice President and Controller of PG&E Corporation since March 08, 2010. He joined Pacific Gas and Electric Company in 1994 and has held positions of increasing responsibility in the Finance and Regulation organizations at both the Utility and PG&E Corporation. Mr. Mistry served as Vice President of Regulation and Rates from November 09, 2005 to March 08, 2010, Vice President of Internal Audit and Compliance from January 01, 2009 to March 08, 2010 and Vice President and Chief Risk and Audit Officer at Pacific Gas and Electric Company. He served as Principal Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller of PG&E Funding LLC. He served as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Risk & Audit Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President of Internal Audit and Compliance, Vice President of State Regulations at PG&E Corporation. Prior to his arrival at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Mr. Mistry served as a Senior Manager at KPMG Peat Marwick from 1990 to 1994 and spent the four years prior with Spicer and Oppenheim. He has been a Director of PG&E Energy Recovery Funding LLC since March 2010. He is registered as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California. Mr. Mistry holds a Bachelor of Commerce in accounting and financial management from Bombay University, a Master of Business Administration from Texas Christian University and a Master of Science in taxation from Golden Gate University.
