Biography
Edward T. Walters has been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pactiv Corp. since July 1, 2008. Mr. Walters serves as Principal Accounting Officer of Pactiv Corp. and served as its Controller since July 1, 2008. Mr. Walters served as Vice President of Pactiv for more than five years, since 1999. Mr. Walters has been with Pactiv and predecessor companies since 1975 in various financial, planning and general management positions.
